Zero Data Leakage Commitment

At ZERO, we build AI systems, autonomous agents, and adaptive education tools with an uncompromised commitment to user privacy. Your proprietary code, enterprise telemetry, and personal learning data will never be used for unapproved model training.

We collect information to deliver, protect, and optimize our digital products and educational bootcamps:

Account & Identity Data: Name, email address, contact information, and billing details provided when enrolling in Adhyayan bootcamps or requesting API access.
Telemetry & System Usage: Anonymous API request logs, throughput telemetry, and performance metrics from our distributed data engines.
Learning & Assessment Data: Bootcamp project submissions, code evaluations, and learning telemetry generated during Adhyayan bootcamps.
Technical Metadata: IP addresses, browser specs, device environment metadata, and session identifiers for security verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for the operational execution of ZERO services:

To provision AI agent workflows, cloud compute, and student dashboards.
To measure model accuracy, pipeline latency, and platform uptime.
To issue verifiable course completion certificates and mentor feedback.
To prevent malicious abuse, automated scraping, or security breaches.

3. Data Protection & Isolation

We employ multi-layer cryptographic and architecture safeguards to ensure data isolation:

In-Transit Encryption: All HTTP and WebSocket connections utilize TLS 1.3 encryption.
At-Rest Encryption: All database records and telemetry logs are encrypted using AES-256 standards.
Zero Training Retention: Customer prompt telemetry and private codebase inputs submitted to ZERO Agentic APIs are never logged for third-party foundation model training.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work only with vetted infrastructure partners (such as secure cloud compute providers and transactional mail services like Resend) under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you hold the following rights regarding your data:

Right to Access: Request a complete export of your personal data held by ZERO.
Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your account and telemetry history.
