SECURITY STATEMENT
Verifiable AI alignment, sandbox isolation, and cryptographic security protocols across ZERO.
Verifiable AI Safety & Infrastructure Security
Security is built into the foundation of ZERO. Every agentic workflow, cloud infrastructure node, and data engine operates under strict deterministic oversight and encryption standards.
1. AI Safety & Alignment Protocol
Autonomous agents and intelligent tools deployed on ZERO operate within strict mathematical alignment protocols. Before public release, all model pipelines undergo verification to prevent unintended autonomous actions or boundary escapes.
2. Infrastructure & Compute Security
We implement defense-in-depth infrastructure safeguards:
- Sandbox Isolation: Agent execution environments run in ephemeral, isolated micro-containers with restricted filesystem permissions.
- Network Controls: Distributed compute nodes utilize strict firewalls, DDoS protection, and automated intrusion detection.
- Continuous Monitoring: Real-time telemetry tracks error rates, anomalous request spikes, and system health 24/7.
3. Encryption & Access Management
Data security controls across all ZERO storage layers:
- Encryption in Transit: TLS 1.3 enforced for all external endpoints and internal microservice communication.
- Encryption at Rest: AES-256 bit encryption applied to all relational databases, telemetry logs, and backup snapshots.
- Least-Privilege Access: Internal staff access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) and strict role-based authorization.
4. Zero Data Retention Policy
Customer telemetry and code passed through ZERO developer APIs or agent tools are processed in memory and never stored or repurposed for foundation model training without explicit consent.
5. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
We value the security research community. If you discover a vulnerability or security flaw in any ZERO service, please report it responsibly to our security team at meetzero.labs@gmail.com. We will review and respond promptly.
