The legal agreement and acceptable use guidelines governing ZERO products and bootcamps.

Terms & Conditions Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ZERO digital products, Adhyayan bootcamps, autonomous agent APIs, and developer platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZERO platforms, enrolling in an Adhyayan cohort, or connecting to ZERO APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

When using ZERO services, autonomous agents, and developer SDKs, you agree NOT to:

  • Use ZERO AI tools or APIs for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass alignment bounds, prompt-injection safety controls, or rate limits.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying proprietary model weights.
  • Interfere with platform stability, initiate Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, or scrape system data.

3. Adhyayan Bootcamps & Educational Content

Adhyayan bootcamps provide practitioner-guided learning for modern tech stacks. Access to live workshops, repository emulators, and mentor sessions is personal to the registered user and non-transferable. All course materials remain the intellectual property of ZERO / BizSD.

4. API Keys & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activities conducted through your credentials are your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The ZERO brand, trademarks, website design, UI components, agent architecture, and proprietary algorithms are owned exclusively by BizSD Technology Platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZERO products and AI agents are provided "as is" and "as available". While we maintain strict verifiable safety protocols, ZERO will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party network interruptions.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms or modify platform capabilities. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety or acceptable use guidelines.
